Rev. Fr Joseph Pullopillil CMI (88), a member of our province was called to his eternal reward on July 20, 2024 at 11:12 p.m. at Rajagiri Hospital. His Mortal remains was brought to St Antony’s Monastery, Aluva on Monday, 22 July, 2024 at 7:30 am. Fr. Paul Nedumchalil, Prior has done the Part one prayers in the reception of Monastery. The Second Part of the Funeral Prayers was done by Fr. Benny Nalkara CMI, Provincial in the Morning. Mar Thomas Cakkiath and Mar Ephrem Nariculam recited the office off the Dead. The funeral services will begin at 2:30 pm at St. Antony’s Monastery, Aluva as Fr Provincial as the Main Celebrant. The Mathew Manjakunnel, Provincial Muvattupuzha also concelebrated. The homily was given by Fr. Benny Ennackappilly and the Final Part of the Funeral Service was done by Archbishop Mar Antony Kariyil.
