Rotary Club of Cochin Royals in association with Rajagiri Public School held Royal Gambit Season-2, a Chess Tournament for school students. 1525 players from 233 schools created history when they came together to play chess in the Rajagiri Sports and Cultural Centre on 2nd November 2024. This feat won Royal Gambit a National Record as recognized by the Universal Records Forum (URF) for the Most School Student Participants in a Single-Day Interschool Chess Tournament.
